Spinal Stretching / The Jack-Knife/Single Knee Tuck

Position Instructions:

  • Place your hands below knee and pull the leg toward the chest until a stretch is felt.
  • Keep the other leg on the ground.
  • Hold for 15 seconds.
  • Repeat procedure with other leg.
  • If you have knee problems, place your hands below your knee.

  • Hamstring, buttocks and lower back
